I hope you are having a great first week back at school Diamondbacks! It has been so great to reconnect with returning students and staff, and all the new Diamondbacks!
Over the next few days we will be introducing our new staff members so we can all get to know them better! We are going to kick that off with 1st Grade Teacher, Mrs. Lyndsie Baker!
It was an amazing first day of school at DWE! There was so much excitement on campus first thing this morning with a special appearance by Rattles! All day, all throughout campus Diamondbacks were learning new routines and procedures and reviewing ones that stayed the same.

Today is the last day to enter the drawing for the Desert Willow Swag Basket! To enter complete your 'Returning Student Registration' on Power School before 4 PM today. The winner will be drawn at 4 PM this afternoon and the basket will be available for pickup at Meet the Teacher Night.

Tomorrow is the night! Our teachers and staff have been working so hard this week preparing for the beginning of the year and we are so excited to see you all tomorrow at Meet the Teacher Night!
