Tomorrow is our first Half Day of the year! Dismissal will be at 12 pm, noon. All regularly scheduled Wednesday clubs and activities will be cancelled. Please call the office at (520)879-2302 before 11 am with any changes is transportation for you student.

This Thursday we had our first grade level “math buddies” activity. Buddies will meet once a month and work together on a math task that requires skills from both grade levels. The students will have a chance to build a relationship with one another, which they may otherwise not be able to do!

This week was such a blast with our Fine Arts Spirit Week to kick off out PTA Reflections Art Contest! It was also so great to have so many families join us yesterday for the Reflections Art Workshop Night and we can't wait to see everyone's Reflections entries!

Tonight is the night! The first Student Council Skate night is tonight at Skate Country. We hope to see you there!
We have lots of fun going on next week here at DWE! The Reflections Art Contest has started and to celebrate the arts we will be having a Fine Arts Spirit Week Next week! See the themes for each day below! We will also be having a Scholastic Book Fair next week, please ask your student's teacher for which day their class will be shopping.
The Reflections Art Workshop will be Wednesday, all those projects are due August 30th.
There will also be a Skate Night next week on Wednesday
Even though there were only 4 days of school this week there was still so much going on this week! Many classes started checking out books from the library. PE classes took advantage of the shade over the basketball courts. Several rooms across campus ended their week with some community building Fun Friday time!
