I am so proud to be part of our Sycamore family. This past year has been a wild rollercoaster ride filled with many ups and downs. With your grace, support, and flexibility, we have persevered. A heartfelt ‘Thank You’ to all of you!
It’s hard to believe that this upcoming school year will be my 4th year teaching at Sycamore Elementary. I am excited to partner with you and our fabulous staff to provide the best support for your child.
My husband and I have two very outgoing daughters who love Sycamore Elementary. They have made many memories and have built lasting friendships with fellow Sycamore Stingers.
I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy in 2005. In 2011, I received my master’s degree from NAU after completing the summer’s only track program in Clinical Speech Language Pathology.
This will be my fifteenth year working in the field as a speech therapist. My goals as a speech language pathologist are not only focusing on identifying the needs of our students and how their speech and language difficulties may affect their academic learning and social interactions, but also on teaching appropriate strategies and techniques to parents and staff as they take on the role of the “speech therapist” outside the speech room.
I am looking forward to another fantastic school year.
